Can’t see those growth projections holding up under the draconian new student visa regulations. Another example of economic incompetence by the Tories.
I had a telling experience with UK schools during my college search process. I compared schools in Canada, the US and the UK. I noticed that the UK schools had tremendously simplified processes for potential international students and really worked to make their lives as easy as possible. Out of curiosity, I chose to compare the info from the American schools. We come nowhere close. I believe the US should streamline the process of international education – not only to solidify out presence as a global leader in education and to make a highly successful business out of it, but also to end our ethnocentric stereotype.
